These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of window cleaning at height services by Dicopu ("Dicopu", "we", "us", "our") to any individual or business that books our services ("you", "the customer"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

2. Placing and Confirming an Order

Orders may be placed through our website, by telephone or by email. A booking request is not binding until Dicopu has issued a confirmation, either by email or by verbal confirmation followed by written acknowledgement. The confirmation will set out the date, location, scope of work and the agreed price.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide, including the property address, access instructions and any relevant site hazards, are accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where the site conditions present unforeseen safety risks, particularly given the height-access nature of our work.

3. Prices, Payment and What Is Included

Prices quoted are specific to the property, access requirements and scope of work agreed at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise:

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by the methods indicated at the time of booking or on the invoice. Late payment may incur reasonable administrative charges as permitted under applicable law.

4. Cancellation and Complaints

4.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a reasonable cancellation charge to reflect costs already incurred, such as travel and scheduling arrangements.

If you are a consumer booking services at a distance (for example, via our website or telephone), you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless you have requested that work begin sooner, in which case this right may be affected once work has started or completed.

4.2 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, access restrictions or health and safety concerns relevant to working at height. Where this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange an alternative date.

4.3 Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion at [email protected], describing the issue and, where possible, providing photographs. We will investigate promptly and, where a failure on our part is identified, will offer a re-clean or an appropriate remedy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dicopu carries out all work with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to the above, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the services is limited to the value of the booking in question. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in windows, frames, seals or fittings, nor for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or loss of income.

Dicopu holds appropriate insurance for work carried out at height, and full details can be provided on request.

6. Cookies and Website Use

Our website sets a single cookie, cookie_pref, which stores your consent preference for 12 months. No analytics, tracking or session cookies are used on this site. Advertising measurement, where applicable, runs only after you have given consent, and only on the booking confirmation page.

7. Governing Law

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on our website at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
