Price List and Service Details
Dicopu operates from North Street in Bristol and covers seven districts across the city and its outskirts. Below is the full list of six services we carry out, with a plain description of what each one includes and what it costs. Prices are per visit unless stated otherwise and depend on access method and number of panes, so treat the figures as a starting point confirmed after a short call or site look.
Ground and Low-Level Window Clean
Windows reachable from the ground or a short ladder, up to first floor. Frames, sills and glass are wiped down with purified water and a squeegee finish, suited to terraced houses near Clifton and similar streets.
£45
Pole System Window Clean (2nd–4th Floor)
Water-fed pole cleaning for upper floors on standard houses and low-rise blocks. No ladders against the wall, work done from the pavement or garden, common on properties around Redland and Bishopston.
£65
Rope Access Facade Clean
Descent by rope from roof anchor points for taller buildings where poles cannot reach every pane. Used on flats and commercial units near the harbourside, with two operators working in tandem.
£180
Conservatory and Skylight Clean
Roof panels, ridge bars and side glazing cleaned from a stable platform or pole extension. Includes a check for moss build-up in the gutters that run along the conservatory roof line.
£55
Shopfront and Commercial Glazing
Scheduled cleaning for shop windows, office entrances and signage glass on a weekly or monthly cycle. Rate covers a single visit for a typical unit; multi-unit parades are quoted after a walk-round.
£95
Post-Construction Window Clean
Removal of cement film, paint spots and tape residue after renovation or a new build. Priced per standard window; larger builds are broken down room by room during the quote call.
£35
How Access Method Is Chosen
Before any booking is confirmed, one of our 11 team members reviews the address and photos sent in, then decides between pole, rope or ladder access. This keeps the quote close to the final invoice and avoids a second visit for re-measuring.

Booking Terms
- Quote requests
- Sent through the contact page are usually answered within 3 hours during business hours.
- Cancellations
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations on rope access jobs may carry a reduced call-out charge since a two-person team is already scheduled.
- Weather
- Rope and pole work is rescheduled free of charge in high wind or heavy rain, at the operator's judgement on the day.
- Returning clients
- Around one in five clients book a follow-up clean; repeat visits use the same access notes on file, which usually shortens the visit slightly.
- Payment
- Due on completion of the visit, by card or bank transfer; commercial accounts on a monthly cycle are invoiced at month end.
